Anthony E. Cox has over
eighteen years background operating and managing in large, multi-system
data center environments. His
well-developed customer interface skills and strong organizational management
skills have been the foundation of his successful career.
Anthony develops and facilitates leadership and personal development
training. He offers a training
series called reGEN (short for regeneration), a series of self-management
courses that focuses on equipping participants with skills and knowledge
for more successful human interactions.
The reGen series is predicated on a belief that the more we explore
and discover about every facet of ourselves, the more effective we can
be in managing our actions to bring us the results we seek.
Anthony recently managed data center services for The Mail
Box, Inc., one of the largest single-site print and mail facilities
in the US. As a member of the senior management team, he
was a key contributor to the transformation of a rapidly growing privately
owned company to a corporate environment, which led to its eventual
purchase by Alliance Data Systems, Dallas, Texas. Previously, as a middle manager with IBM, Anthony
created and staffed an organization of over 30 employees to provide
data center infrastructure and support services including Customer Support,
Hardware, Technical and Software Support.
Anthony represented his division as a member of the IBM Dallas
/ Ft. Worth Diversity Council, serving on the committee commissioned
to develop and implement IBMs initiative on Mentoring. In addition to these responsibilities, Anthony
was also heavily involved in recruitment and training. As a corporate training facilitator, he developed
and delivered interpersonal skills training to an organization of over
300 IBM professionals. He served
as a member of IBMs college recruiting team.
As a business consultant, Anthony has worked with major clients,
providing a broad range of services, including:

fairness in the workplace.

plans with no business impacts to IBM or its major outsourcing clients.
Anthony is certified by Kaset International to facilitate its
Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations courses, which focus on producing
positive customer experiences. He
has been a member of the North Texas chapter
of the National Speakers Association and is available as a motivational
